The Ingredients of the Kalamata Olive and Caper Tapenade

The Binder: Make your own sandwich spread by placing a 1/4 to 1/2 cup pitted black and green olives, 2 tbsp. capers, a handful of fresh basil, another handful of flat-leaf parsley, the zest of 1/2 lemon, sea salt, fresh black pepper, crushed red pepper, 2 to 3 peppadew peppers, 1/4 tsp. honey, 2 tbsp. olive oil in a food processor and puree until a pesto is form.
