Sounds delicious. I also like using mango, as any fresh fruit, as a facial:-) As for coconut milk, did you try frozen coconut milk?

I love, love smoothies, but I think my daughter’s love them even more! Mango smoothies are at the top of the list at my house, but I hadn’t thought about putting unsweetened coconut milk in there! Brilliant idea and most likely give the recipe a great depth of flavor. Thanks for sharing!

    Emma,

Maybe, I should be more specific about the coconut milk. It can be quite heavy for me, too. I’m experimenting with So Delicious Coconut Milk, which is not canned and it’s packaged like a milk carton. It’s sold in the refrigerator section, near the soy milk. It’s a fairly new product. The coconut flavor is slightly noticable.

    Thanks, for commenting!

I love mango smoothies, I have come up with quite a number of mango smoothie recipes myself! I haven’t tried coconut milk on it though. I find it too heavy on dishes, so I never really thought of trying it here especially when it’s going to be raw. But then again, I love mango smoothies so much that I would like to give this a try, lol! Let’s see what will happen, good luck to my tummy, lol!
