Persimmon Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 Persimmon (don’t use an unripe hachiya variety, your month will pucker), discard stems, roughly chopped and frozen; 2 tbsp. unsweetened Greek yogurt; 1 to 2 tbsp. honey (adjust amount according to the sweetness of the persimmon); 1 cup of vanilla-flavor milk (any nut/rice milk or if using cow’s milk, add 1 tsp. vanilla); and 1 roughly chopped frozen banana
