Rhubarb and Kiwi with Coconut Water Smoothie

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients: 1-1/2 cups coconut water*; 2 tbsp. vanilla flavored Greek yogurt; 1 tsp. of coconut sugar (more or less); 4 oz. of 1/2-inch pieces of rhubarb; and 1/2 cup frozen peeled kiwi chunks.
*More or less, amount depends on the speed of the blender.

    first off, this sounds so good. second, it may just be that i was never paying attention before, but i have never noticed so many rhubarb recipes until the past week and im loving it. i really need to give rhubarb a try sometime and this recipe may just be what i needed!

    This seems like it would be tart and delicious! Beautiful picture; I suddenly have the urge to have a smoothie.
