Smoothie No. 18: Smoky Spicy Mango


  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut water; more or less
  • 1/2 cup orange juice; more or less
  • The juice of one lime
  • 1 tsp. coconut sugar or honey; more or less
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. hemp seeds


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Enjoy.
