Smoothie No. 18: Smoky Spicy Mango
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut water; more or less
- 1/2 cup orange juice; more or less
- The juice of one lime
- 1 tsp. coconut sugar or honey; more or less
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. hemp seeds
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
