Mango Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients: 1/2-inch peeled and roughly chopped fresh ginger; 1 cup frozen mango chunks; 1 to 2 cups orange or mango juice; 3 tbsp. Greek Yogurt; 1/2 to 1 tsp. honey; and 1 banana.
This looks sooo yummy! I actually never thought to use Greek yogurt in my smoothies- great idea =)
