Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients: 1 to 2 cups frozen raspberries; 1 to 2 cups juice (used Red Jacket Orchards’ Rhubarb Apple Juice); 2 tbsp. honey; 3 tbsp. unsweetened Greek Yogurt; and 1 ripe banana
Love this picture. The color is so bright and…well…fruity. Of course, this would work with a bunch of fruits, so the versatility is nice.
Great recipe. I am usingyoughurt in mostof my home-made smoothies. Combination of Rhubarb Apple Juice, Honey and Raspberries and Banana sounds delicious. This recipe is next on my to do list.
