Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen cherries
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. plain and unsweetened, Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp toasted whole almonds; cooled
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup cranberry, blueberry and/or pomegranate juice; more or less
  • 1 tsp. honey; more or less to taste

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Enjoy.
